Parable of the Lost Ring

Suppose a woman has ten lovely rings and loses one. Does she not light a lamp (or find flashlight batteries), sweep the house and search carefully until she finds it? And when she finds it, she calls her friends and neighbors together (or blogs about it) and says, 'Rejoice with me; I have found my lost ring.' In the same way, I tell you, there is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.

My left hand looks incredibly beautiful today with its dear old friend firmly back in place. My wedding ring has been found!

Am I the only one who's curious about where it was?

Okay - I knew, knew, knew I had taken it off when I was kneading dough for dinner rolls for Easter dinner. I thought that meant it would show up in the kitchen - under the frig or something. But, alas, I had apparently put it in my pocket, so when I folded my jeans in my room it landed behind the leg, under the dresser. I've looked under that dresser for my iPhone, but it was hidden well. Good surprise today! I really didn't want to go on my trips this month without a ring; you know it's so hard to fight off the guys as it is - lol.

Yay! So happy that you found it (as I'm sure Allan is too!)
I soooo wish that I was with you at Pepperdine. While you are down there, eat at In-and-Out Burger for me, okay?!
